Genre: Self-help book
Hello my readers! I thought that my days of reading soft copies were over, but this book tempted me to read soft copies one more time. This book talks about the power of now (the present) and how it liberates you. Personally, I find myself in between the past and the future and less of the present and this book helped me understand the power of now. It’s relatable and consists of practical ways to enter the now and accept it fully.
• The present moment holds the key to liberation
• Do not be concerned about the fruit of your action. Just give attention to the action itself. The fruit will come of its own accord.
• The more attention you give to the past, the more you energize it and the more likely you are to make a ‘self’ out of it.
• There are two levels to your pain: the pain that you create now and the pain from the past that still lives on in your mind and body.
Would I recommend this book? Definitely!
